Ann is a hospitality and client experience leader with a passion for creating exceptional food & beverage and event experiences. As Client Center Service Director for Restaurant Associates at JPMorganChase in Chicago, she oversees premium hospitality operations and works to deliver elevated service, memorable events, and outstanding guest experiences.

With more than a decade of experience spanning social and corporate catering, event management, hospitality operations, and client services, Ann has built a reputation for leading high-performing teams, managing complex events, and fostering strong client relationships. Prior to joining Restaurant Associates, she served as Catering Manager at Jenner & Block LLP through Guckenheimer for four years, where she directed and managed all catering operations and events and drove operational excellence in a fast-paced corporate environment.

A graduate of the University of Illinois Chicago, Ann earned a Bachelor of Arts both in Communication and Hispanic Linguistics. She combines strong communication skills, operational expertise, and a people-first leadership style to create environments where both teams and clients thrive. 

Outside of her professional role, Ann is deeply committed to community impact. She serves as Associate Board Fundraising and Events Co-Chair and a volunteer coach and coxswain for Recovery on Water, a Chicago nonprofit that empowers women diagnosed with breast cancer through rowing, fitness, and community.

Known for her collaborative leadership, attention to detail, and passion for hospitality, Ann is dedicated to delivering experiences that bring people together and leave a lasting impression.
