She has been in the hospitality industry since her first job as a hostess, always drawn to the energy of dining environments. Most recently, her leadership roles have focused on supporting the launch and revitalization of dining concepts and new venues. 

Rachel brings a steady, people-first approach to operations. She is committed to creating elevated experiences rooted in genuine hospitality, delivering thoughtful, seamless moments that strengthen brand standards and make guests and clients feel truly cared for. Her passion for dining well is both personal and professional - you can find her most weekends exploring Chicago's world-class culinary scene with a long walk by the lake to follow. 

At Chase Tower Chicago, Rachel supports Client Dining and Catering within Amenity Services, partnering closely with the vendor team to deliver polished, consistent service. She’s committed to delivering premier Client Dining and Catering experiences—leveraging feedback, operational insight, and technology to refine programming and strengthen execution.
